Shipping & Returns


We offer free shipping to customers in United States.  We also offer discounted Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping.   Expedited shipping options and costs are available on checkout.  We base our shipping cost based on destination and shipping weight.  Once order is placed, we will email you order confirmation, tracking information and delivery confirmation via email.


Returns Policy

We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased from us.  Products must be returned with all parts, original packaging and in re-sellable condition.  We will provide full refund less original shipping cost on products returned in re-sellable condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  For your convenience, we send you a Pre-Paid FedEx return shipping label at a cost of $8.00.  You may elect to ship with your preferred carrier such as USPS or UPS at your cost.

We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Ex. you received an incorrect item).  If a product is deemed defective within first 30 days from purchase, we will pay to have a new unit shipped to you and we will pay to have the defective unit shipped back.  
Warranty - After 30 days from purchase, our products have a warranty period of 1 year.  Customer is responsible for shipping cost to us for any warranty issues.  We will pay for the warranty replacement to be shipped back to you.  This is only valid for customers with in United States and Canada.
