Due to covid-19 our warehouse response time for processing returns is taking 3-7 days. We are working to reduce this to same day processing. Please be patient. We promise to handle all returns and replacements. We are also working weekends to catch up. It will help us tremendously if you only submit requests 1 time. Multiple requests from customers is negatively impacting all customers because each request gets its own support ticket. Sending DM's on social or posting support requests on Advertisements is making our job very difficult. We just ask for your grace during this difficult time for our team. We also take into consideration our delay in processing returns, so if you submit a return request within 90 days and we process it on the 97th day, you will still get full reimbursement.
