USA - SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE Ground* shipping on orders of $50 or more to US Customers in 48 lower states. (*AK and HI exempt) We also have discounted 2nd Day and Overnight shipping available at checkout.
Transit time for orders with free shipping is 1-3 business days (Shipping to PO Box is 1-3 business days).

CANADA - SHIPPING POLICY
There are NO TAXES DUE on Ground Shipments!
Transit time for ground shipping is about 5-10 Business Days!
Once the order is shipped you will receive an email confirming this along with your tracking number.
If you would like to have your order expedited, there are additional fees, but it will take just 3-5 Business Days to deliver! (Duties and Taxes may apply)

We offer a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased from us. If the return is started within 90-days, we will provide a Pre-Paid Fedex return label. Products must be returned with all parts, original packaging and in re-sellable condition. We will provide full refund less original shipping cost on products returned in re-sellable condition. If a product is deemed defective within first 90 days from purchase, we will pay to have a new unit shipped to you and we will pay to have the defective unit shipped back.
Warranty - After 90 days from purchase, our products have a warranty period of 2 year. We we will provide a Pre-Paid Fedex return label for the original unit to be shipped back to us and once received a replacement unit be shipped back to you. This is only valid for customers with in United States and Canada.
