How To Identify Counterfeit Pure-Wave Massagers

COUNTERFEIT WARNING!

We have been informed about a China based company who has tried to duplicate our Pure-Wave. They are currently selling their product on Amazon under the names of "Bizton" and "Paston" and soon other names.  PLEASE BE WARNED. These are not our products. 

PADO Inc. is infuriated that such a company would try to scam honest people into purchasing their product. We have tested their product and it does not work and is an inferior product. The product they are claiming to be named by PADO, is in fact extremely unsafe and potentially hazardous to your home, children and yourself. 

Here at PADO, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We have thousands of Five Star reviews within our direct site and on Amazon attesting to the above information. 

TOP 4 INDICATORS OF THE COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT SOLD ON AMAZON, EBAY AND POSSIBLY OTHER MARKETPLACES 

  1. The Counterfeit product has a metal attachment rod located on the percussion side of massager. The rod on our original massager made by PADO, is a threaded plastic rod.
  2. The knob on the counterfeit massager is circular and jagged where as the knob on the PADO Pure-Wave is circular and smooth. 
  3. The counterfeit massager lights up on the bottom of the body where the attachments attach. This is when it works. Most of time the counterfeit is dead on arrival. 
  4. The counterfeit claims to be our CM7 massager, which would have dual motors, but the counterfeit does not have a second motor in the handle. Therefore the facial feature won't work.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU PURCHASED A COUNTERFEIT

We truly apologize if you have become a victim of this horrendous scam. However, if you have experienced ordering a counterfeit product there are steps you can take to return the product back to Amazon. 

  1. Contact Amazon Customer Service to start a return. You can either contact them via email or phone. Amazon's customer service number is 888-280-4331.
  2. Return the product to Amazon and once refunded contact PADO Inc. to place an order for our authentic massager. You can contact our Sales Team for a special offer via phone or email. www.padousa.com or 866-528-1010.
  3.  If the seller refuses to refund your order, please move forward with filing an A-Z claim on the Amazon site.
