Elite Trainer Dan Palacios of Kinetic Training suffers from Plantar Fasciitis

Elite Trainer Dan Palacios, owner and founder of Kinetic Training LLC. Dan has been active in sports his whole life. He played hockey from the young age of 5 and up until his early twenties. Nowadays, you will find him working out in his gym, training professional athletes and even training himself for American Ninja Warrior.

American Ninja Warrior is a competition that consists of parkour and freerunning. This sport includes high impact activities such as running, jumping, lifting and landing. Not just anyone is able to complete in American Ninja Warrior.The training is grueling and it takes a strong individual both physically and mentally to perform such an intense obstacle course.

Dan Palacios explains how Kinetic Training focuses on Sports Performance, Fitness, Body Composition and Corrective Exercise. He spends about 14 to 15 hours a day on his feet which causes him to suffer from Plantar Fasciitis. Dan uses the Pure Wave to help to increase blood flow and keep his muscles loose. It has become a daily routine to wake up, turn on the Pure Wave and feel automatic relief. Dan himself states “Having the Pure Wave not only provided almost immediate relief for the PF, my feet felt like they’d just been struck by an energy bolt.”

The Pure Wave helps immensely both pre and post workout. Dan explains how Kinetic Training follows a routine. He adds simple framework to keep the program consistent and organized. Kinetic Training focuses on Sound Strength Training, Metabolic Training, and improving overall tissue quality. These sessions can last up to a whopping 75 minutes however, most of Dan’s training sessions last anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes.
